Store Policy

My goal is 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, I would love to hear from you! I do not accept returns for safety reasons and refunds are left to my discretion. If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please email me within five (5) days from the date you receive your order and I will do my best to resolve the issue.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Client Policy
Please keep in mind that all deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE and go towards the total costs of the style. If you're are a no call, no show, your deposit will serve as a cancellation fee. There are no refunds on styles, no exceptions. Refunds on deposits are only given if I cancel the appointment. You are allowed 1 reschedule without having to pay an additional deposit, the 2nd and any further rescheduling will require additional deposits to hold your appointment. If there’s a problem with any service, please bring it to my attention before you leave the salon. There are no refunds on any styling services
