Returns & Refunds:
For safety reasons, we do not accept returns. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your order, we would love to hear from you. Refunds are handled at our discretion, and we promise to do our best to make things right.
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please email us within 5 days of receiving your order at CustomerSupport@NaturalBeautiii.com. Please include your order number with a photo of the item and we'll work with you to resolve the issue

Deposits:
All deposits are non-refundable and go towards the final cost of service. Deposits will always be returned if I cancel
No-Show Policy:
In the event of a no-call, no-show, your deposit will be forfeited as a cancellation fee
Refunds:
There are no refunds once services are rendered. If there are any issues with your hair, we will work with resolving any issues before you leave.
